How it all started

It all began 14 years ago as a staff, in a small real estate agency, the dream of redefining the face of luxury real estate was conceived.

Richard Manor Donkor, a luxury real estate developer and founder of MD Holdings, the parent company with subsidiaries including Properties Portfolio Ghana Ltd and Marrita Construction Ltd (MCL Ghana), from a humble beginning learnt the art and trade of property development, and with diligent pursuit of his dream to redefine the luxury property development space, has set the pace with some unique luxury developments in prime areas within the heart of Accra, under MCL Ghana.

MCL Ghana is the construction and real estate development company through which Mr. Donkor drives his luxury property development plans. The company, with its experienced team, has developed some luxury residential properties that have all been sold out, and is currently completing a health center, a magnificent church edifice and other third-party residential projects.

The journey to luxury development commenced when he partnered his Spanish friends to develop couple of projects. Mr. Richard Manor Donkor moved on to start his first three bedrooms bungalow development at Spintex after his partners have left the shores of Ghana, and with time has evolved into the construction of Marrita Homes and Luther Court, all within East Legon enclaves.
