Richard Manor Donkor is a highly experienced professional possessing expertise in project management, risk management, construction management, and real estate development within Ghana's construction and real estate sectors.

With nearly two decades of experience in this industry, Richard has a profound understanding of the sector and has pioneered landmark projects that have transformed the landscape and skyline of the industry.

As an entrepreneur, he has established and grown businesses across the entire real estate value chain in Ghana, with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions across various enterprises.

Prior to his current role, Richard founded and grown companies in diverse industries, including the oil sector and commodities, while holding top managerial positions. He serves on the boards of several companies and is presently a member of the Ghana Real Estate Development Association (GREDA). Richard holds an Executive MBA in Project Management from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from Radford University College.

He has further honed his expertise through executive programs at prestigious institutions such as Yale School of Management, MIT, and Temple University in the USA, as well as leadership and strategy training in Accra, Ghana
